Anyone know anything about pictures of movie stars that were handed out by standard oil? i have a bunch of them i found just curious as to value. I havent seen any on here but i assume they are fairly common any info would be great.

5 of the pictures have a brownish color to them and in the lower right hand corner it says ad10103 and the other three must have been from a different series and are in blackand white with a ad10188 in the corner if this helps anyone.

Aaron, I dont know of any real value on the photos, but they do show up on e-bay quite frequently. I've not kept a watch on them, but they seem to go for a reasonable price, and should make a nice item in your collection....

WELL I GOOGLE SOME OF THE "NEW MOVIES" THE ACTORS WOULD BE APPEARING IN THATS WERE LISTED ON THE BACK AND THE CAME BACK WITH RELEASE DATES OF 1939 AND 1940. IVE BEEN LOOKING ON EBAY FOR AWHILE AND HAVENT SEEN THEM BUT I DONT DO IT VERY OFTEN SO ODDS ARE THAT I JUST MISS THEM. IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING ELSE LET ME KNOW.
