Looking for some ORIGINAL used rubber weatherstripping that goes around the Wayne 500-505-605 upper stainless steel doors. It's two seperate pieces, held on with small tongue rivits, and only goes around half the door. The top and the left hand edge of the door.
I need enough for two doors plus the rivits.

I am also in need of two used removeable LOWER door panels for the same

I have parted out tons of these pumps and have never seen the weatherstripping that you are talking about. Can you post a picture of it?

I have a nice pair of green doors in stock that we just got in.

Sorry for the delay.
I had trouble with my old photo host so below is a link to my personal photo gallery.
Let me know if you can't see the 5 photos I posted here..

This is for an unrestored Wayne 501 oil can display unit that I bought.
This is what is on the two stainless doors.Used only on the top and lefthand side.It feels/looks like black/white cord rubber and is held on with rivits lining the perimeter.
13" on the side with the lock..24" on the top. It's two seperate pieces..
It looks like it was intended to keep moisture out of the display area during foul weather while outside on the island.
Wasn't it used on the Wayne 500-600 series gas pumps too?
Please let me know if anyone has original, used or repops this stuff & the rivits too.I'd like to find some original or good replacement.
Thanks..

I have a 505 that I restored and it didn't have any weather striping around the stainless doors. But there is a Good Chance that they maybe did this on the Display Unit too like you said keep moisture out. The only way to really find out is to find more guys with one of these display units to see if theirs had the weather striping on them.

It's probably the same one I bought on here.
Here's closer pictures of the door edge W/S.
Any ideas on finding some or a substitute?

I found two sets of 505 doors, both showing no indication of W/striping either. It looks like this was exclusive to the Wayne 501 model.
I'll have to find a way to replicate it I guess. The repop companies don't carry anything close to it.
Thanks for everyones help.

I'm still looking for ONE Lower Wayne 500-505-605 metal door.I need one that's old, white and USED,(rusted is OK),nothing newly painted please.A clean used one in another color will work also, but nothing with holes or shiney new paint.
I'm also still looking for that rubber stainless steel door weatherstripping.
I'll be at Peotone next week,so let me know if you will too.
Thanks..
