This is one of gas stations in Texas City, Texas. It is in a very bad part of town. I found this one in front of the bar that I get used veggie oil to run my truck on. I work at the old Texas City Refinery(Valero) and pick up oil from several places.
I will try to get some better pics in the future and find out some more history on this station in the future.
Right now I'm only brave enough to take a pic from my truck with my I phone doing at least 20 mph, lol.
Hopefully I can find an old timer to get some more info.

I kind of remember that station . I used to own a Van accessory manufacturing business in North Houston back in the seventies . I beleive it sold either Phillips or Conoco when I was there Ed Shaver
