I think they are coin banks originally? The oil brand on the can doesn't matter. It measures roughly 7" high. Please pm me here,or email me at REDL78@Juno.com if you have one for sale. Thanks..

I've also seen this exact same set-up with red, white or blue "paint" pouring out of the can (obviously promoting a particular line of house paint). John in Wisconsin
