Did you buy a pump from Matt?? grin

I normally make frequent runs down to SoCal, as my brother lives in Granada Hills, not too far from you, but I don't have any reason to go down there now.

If something turns up in the next few weeks and you don't have transport, I'll let you know.

Is the pump restored??

Hi. Thanks for the note.

It is an unrestored pump. It could lay flat or stand up.

Granada Hills is a short drive from me.

I'll stay in touch.

He did not buy it from me but it is one of the pumps I had. A friend of mine a few blocks away bought it from me about a year ago. I was thinking about getting it back because it is a nice as is pump. If a oldgasser picks it up they are welcome to stop by.

It is the blue and white one. And if for some reason this is not the pump Dave is buying it is for sale.

That's a nice original pump. Too bad I wouldn't be able to afford it right now.

I talked to my friend today and Dave already put his check in the mail, so it is the one and it is sold.

Matt--

Yes, I bought it from Bob and was very happy to get it!!! It was a very fair price. I managed to get my nephew who lives in Sacramento to pick it up for me. Either he or my Brother will get it down to me. Might take a little while as I don't want either one of them to make a special trip. Its possible I may get it around the middle of February. I'm thinking I'll do a two-color Richfield with Slama decals...it should be pretty easy to restore as far as that goes. Dave Folck

Dave,

You will be happy with it. It is a nice pump. If you do not use the ad glass I may be interested in them. It was missing one when I got it. I got lucky and found one. They are original. Here is my 541 done in Richfield with Slamas 22 inch decal.

Matt--

Yes, that is the color combo I want for the 371. Once I get it here, I'll let you know about the ad glasses. Dave Folck
