Redoing my Bennett DMB 150 and I cut new panels. Beating with a hammer, more beating with bigger hammer. Outside skins not fitting. pump frame looks cock-eyed??? Grab an even bigger hammer and then realized that the panels are not aquare. They are 55" H 12 3/4" at top and 13 1/2" at the bottom. Oh my GOD I feel like hitting myself with the hamnmer(maybe with the little one) Uneven panels what's next?

Or cut back on the "hops" flavored "soda's"? NAH!!! Use an even bigger hammer, that will correct 99% of all problems. Especially if it bounces back and pops one between the eyes. shocked grin

Are there other pumps that have odd shaped flat panels?

A smart ***** that used to work for us used to tell me to use the 10% rule. In your case he would say you got to be 10% smarter than the hammer.

Having done a bunch of restorations, in the past twenty years, I've run across a few. Most noteable is the Tokheim 39, although not flat panels, doors are wider at the bottom than top. I have started taking measurements on panels, as I do the body work, to be sure what I'm doing? The hammer rule works for me too!
