what year would this set be from (approximately)? and would the pump match the oil sets back then? i want to do a pump to match the set, but don't know whether to do fire chief, skychief etc... or just a straight up texaco sticker. chuck

I dont know - but I love the Texaco oil bottle tops - are those paper cones? If so can someone post a full size scan of them so I can print them out and put them on my bottles!

Hi Chuck- the rack has black outline T that changed to white in about 1937- hard to tell if caps match-- this would date 37 or earlier- hope this helps- thanks don

here's 2 close ups of the paper on the tops. don't know if they are real, i would think they are re-pops. hope this helps, but i'm not sure you can get a scan from these...the bottom says "property of the texas Co.(aust)"
