Appears to be a Tin Punched lens. Hard to find w/ original good paint.
Unless a WAYNE is a Tall Ten or 5gal, cylinders are 12 1/2" x 26"

I got the guy to call me this morning and discuss the details of the pump. I told him that I had seeen this pump before for sale yatta yatta yatta. Wasn't totally satisfied with answers. But SOMEBODY, and I'm sure they are reading this, emailed him not to sell for less than 10k. Thanks big mouth. Can't anybody let a deal slide through every once in a while. Not like one column for a eraonable price would crush the market.

Travis would never do that [except to little old lady] !

Current price is Over 2X what I have in BOTH of mine combined & a friend bought 1 last year w/ Blue glass for less than a 1/4 of what Kevin has bid.

Was not me, I don't care about making this guy more money - no friend of mine, don’t know them...

10k+ - not in this econ, not in this market, not today, prob not on ebay = they can be had for around 6,500 missing parts to 9,500 with glass and ALL other parts. This one should sell for 8,500 maybe a bit for the globe if it is worth big $ - in my area anyway, and if I recall it is in my area - but sometimes things go nuts so you never know? People need to sell things off to keep their homes and since people are loosing jobs toys are the first things to be sold off, and toys are the first NOT to be bought. Cars, Yachts, Etc, are all bottoming out fast. There is a guy that has a 89' ketch "sail boat" 7 bedrooms, with Kevlar sails for trade for a home in the mid-west because they lost their job and can not find another one in their area - I can not talk my wife into it, but 6 years ago that yacht would be worth 600 grand, today 100 grand IF you can get a buyer and get it out of Lake Poncha CLEAN.

There was a time when they could sell this pump for 13.5k+ trashed, but not today, there are just too many people just do not have the money or are not willing to part with it.

The time for him to sell it for 10k+ was 5 years ago. I am sure they are hurting for cash that is why it is back for sale with no reserve.

I would really like to get a nice straight column (Dick or Ron) or anybody else but I told him also that it is worth 8-9 which I thought was honest. I offered him 6500 cash and said I could go a hair higher maybe if he finds other parts. The erie clockface that sold from MD on Ebay last week for 1500 had 75+ watchers so the guy wouldn't sell to me for 1400. So much for the 75 watchers. Only 1 bid for 1500 with less than 10 secs left. This guy also said tons of interest. I explained that realistically there are only about a dozen people in the country who know exactly what this pump is and would be in the market to spend 9+ cash. Ony my thoughts.
