Hi Guys
I'm looking for the following parts for my 1962 A.O.Smith L-505 pump.I realize A.O.Smith reconditioned pumps sometimes and hung their name on them.If anyone knows of a compatible pump, please let me know.Appreciate any help.
I need:
*One 3 digit Veeder/Root computer like below.
*One full frontal S/S frame & glass with ad glass sectioned off on top.I need a strip of ad Glass that resembles mine as well if possible, like below.
*Two 3 digit porcelain face plates, like below.
*Plumbing guts inside used to bring gas from the storage tank.

Below are more detailed pics & measurements explaning in detail.I will consider buying an entire pump from someone if it has the above parts already on it too.I'll consider trading parts off mine if possible also.
Please contact me if you have any of these parts.
Thanks..
Rick

One stainless steel frame with glass I have here.Notice the ad glass area I am pointing to.I need a frame just like this one, that has this seperate top area chromed off..meaning TWO seperate pieces of glass were used. This entire frame measures 28-1/4" X 23-1/8"...The "Improved Regular" ad glass roughly measures 26-3/4" X 4" wide.Sometimes this frame has an AOSMITH tag in bottom center too.

Do you have one of those V/roots for sale?

I've gotten a few responses from people saying they have a gas pump like mine, only to see it's a different design..like a Bennett or a Wayne Mfr.,but holding an A.O.Smith ID tag..Again,I understand A.O.Smith reconditioned alot of pumps,so I can't really go by just an A.O.Smith tag w/o seeing pix of the pump 1st.
Some have A.O.Smith tags on them,so they think I'll be interested, which I'm not..I want to find specific parts or a pump for parts identical to my pump, which going by my ID tag is an A.O.Smith L-505.
I really do appreciate everyones inquiries, and ask that they keep coming.
Thank You.
