I bought this 13 by 35 milk glass sign panel with debossed lettering from Greg Greenberg awhile back. I wasn't sure how to display it, so yesterday I had some free time and this is what I came up with. I'm looking for more of these if anyone has any for sale. I know there are some that say Red Crown, Zerolene and Standard oil.

A recent buy is this little Gargoyle can in very nice condition.
I picked up the BP shield today from the shipper. Logo from 1948-58 and by the thickness of the porcelain my guess will be the 40s.
Finally I was the highest bidder on the Swedish Craigslist 30 minutes ago - thats the Krooks "Pratts" W.W. Fotogen (Kerosene) sign from around 1920.
...thats right, I also got this little Esso oval. Have acouple of them before bu this i by far the nicest :-)

I picked this cool display up a few weeks ago, just getting around to posting pics. It's made of chalk, it's really fragile and a wonder it survived.

Really nice signs, Claes! Good finds!
That Stewart-Warner cigarette lighter display is really neat! I had no idea that they were involved in the early development of the vehicle cigarette lighter! Cool piece!

Here are my buys from the last month. I have just gotten the time to take the photos off my camera:

N.O.S. Blimp

For some reason I love the colors and design on this sign

This is the first one of this sign I have seen. The other side has paint on it, that I have to remove. This side the seller screwed up trying to remove the paint. You can see the razor scratches.

N.O.S. Craftsman Toolbox key holder. I had to have it!!! I have never seen it before either.

Inside key holder

Chris,
You didn't get that little Gulf pump in Missouri by any chance, did ya? There was one down the road from my house that the guy would never sell, keeping it for a parts pump to the one he uses all the time, anyways, I noticed yesterday that it's gone! That's it always goes tho.

Some really nice stuff there guys. I have a question about the Kendall logo. Is it meant to symbolize "V for victory"? Did Kendall come out with this during WWII? I assume it isnt a peace sign. lol

If I were you, I'd camp out by your friend's neighbor's house on the day before trash day. The rest of the pump might show up at the curb in pieces.
