I was at a garage sale this morning and this was in their backyard. I was told it came off the family farm and had been there since the 20's. He remembered the type of fuel they used and only used Marathon gasoline for their tractors. He did not remember that it ever had sheet metal skins and believed that this is the way it was when first purchased. I could not find any identification tags and the gallon marker were outside of the 5 gallon cylinder. Gallon 5 marker was actually attached separately to the cast iron mount near bottom of cylinder. Sorry for the poor photo but can return to get more pics. Appeared to have an air operated lever towards top and a separate handle toward the middle of pump. Any guesses?

Jacks book shows a value of $3500
I believe its rare enough to just go get, because you'll never see another.
Besides, you can always sell it to me!!

I agree! He is not going to sell it yet but I will keep in touch with him from time to time and maybe just maybe...

Mike,
Any chance you could trade him out of it with a lesser pump + cash and see if he bites on that offer. That is a super cool pump. Keep on that and hope you get it.

I have asked him to give me first shot at buying the pump but I am pretty sure it is not about the cash! He has a family history with this pump and I have to respect that. I am certain that if he decides to part ways with the pump I believe he will talk to me first.
