Jim, you would be correct with that assessment. That pump did start out with the older paint scheme and was reapinted to keep up with company standards. My pump has evidence of the same conditions.

Thanks a ton for the picture! this site is awesome. this will help alot. I am also missing one adglass but mine is a "premium" pump so it say premium under the "cities service" and it is red.

I still have the pump setting in my back yard if you need measurments or anything.
