Hi all,
I'm ready to sell 3 globes.
Anticipating shipping i'm getting boxes together.
WOW.... big boxes. I'm following Wayne Benjamins recommendation to double box them.
Is there a better way? I have 2 with Capco bodies and one is glass bodied.
I'm thinking it would be best to take the lenses out and put 3 smaller boxes in one big one?
How do you guys do it?

Joe, I have had the things shipped to me every way possible. I had one come with the lens in pizza boxes and in bubble wrap. I had one guy send me some lens in two separate boxes. The best is to take to lens out of the body. bubble wrap the lenes then box the lenes and body with peanuts then put that box in a bigger box and put peanuts around it. Make sure you insure it!!! Good luck
