Sent check off approx 1 month ago still haven't got my info or heard from the Holiday Inn.Anybody else?Can't remember when it all got set up last year.Thanks!!

I sent check for registration and 4 days stay at Holiday Inn on 5/3/11 and have not received any conformation or return info yet.Called Holiday Inn a month ago and reservation clerk never returned my call.But I am sure these people are very busy!Just as long as I have a room when I get there.
