You will have to grind off the two index tabs that are at the 3 oclock position. A dremmel will work. I bought a vertical tabletop Craftsman belt sander at a garage sale and used it to sand off a little on each half of the CAPCO body on the base. Only need to take off a little. Should work fine.

Everyone is correct but it depends on whether the Gill insert is 13.5" or 13.25". 13.5" grind the tabs on the sides as stated above, 13.25" shave the base off a bit as above otherwise the insert will fall right through the capco frame! Scott-gasglobes.com

Just another thought you can also put them in a 13.5 metal body if you dont like the look of the capco.
Originals only for me. Always looking for Simpson oil, Super A, and MFA oil cans and globes. Shawn Morris
