Someone thought it was an American, but when I look in Jack's book it doesn't seem the same. Any help appreciated.

Looks like an old pre-visible with an optional visible attachment on top. I can't tell which pump it is from that picture but the whole thing is pretty rare and probably pretty valuable. Hopefully someone else will know more!

Looks like a Dayton 12V I have had 3 calls and a visitor today about this pump The owner must really be advertising it
