IF your going to use as a floor lamp, screw to a piece of wood or fill base w/ LEAD.

Thanks on the info and great job on fixing my pic i still havent got that down yet and my camera is not working right.. It is not a repo it weighs probably 20 pounds and has a tag but some one painted over it.
