Here a a few pictures of a Tokheim 36B that I just finished. Like Mick, I like the look of an original pump. I took this pump completely apart and sand blasted and painted the frame, base. and computer. Everything else is the original/old paint (multiple layers/colors). I wet sanded with 600 grit then put clear lacquer on and waxed it. The ad glass, decals, and globe are from T-Way Graphics. I have more time in this pump than if I would have fully restored it (pretty paint) but there only original once. Before:  During:  After:

This looks real great, i have a 36b thats farm fresh, its a pure oil pump, all original, you have gave me a great idea to keep its original petina,thanks
