Ford V-8 wheels from that era would be 16" rims. 21" tires would be from a 1928-29 Model A.

I "think" you have 1932 rims, they changed the wire wheels almost every year.Model As used a 19" or 21" depending on the year.1932 used a 17" and 1933-34 used a 18" rim and the last year for the wire was 1936 which used a 16" rim.I could be wrong but I think thats how it plays out.I would think the rims are at least worth 200.00 and not sure on the used tires and tubes but they are expensive new. With out seeing them I would geuess around at least 600.00 for everything??
