I just went through some more GLM literature I have and found a drawing titled "Installation of Equipment No. 17 and 117." The drawing shows the pump with the hand crank coming out of the base and it has the FRY sign attached to the pipe, so I would say it is from around 1925. There is a drawing of a globe, and the globe doesn't appear to be a all metal globe, but it does say "GUARANTEED MEASURE" not Guarantee. Also found some ads that show the word Guaranteed.
