B-17G or H.... I dont remember which one. It has to do with the installation of the chin turret. Check out this link....

The station is in Portland Oregon and in real poor condition. Plane is partially disassembled and may never make it back together. Hope someone comes along and brings her back to life someday.

The nose of the airplane was taken off a few years ago and restored. It is located in a small museum in the same parking lot as the B-17 and "The Bomber" restaurant. It's located in Milwaukie, Oregon on highway 99E.
