Would this work? Its an original lens and has a single crack running thru it. Its in really nice shape except for the crack. Without the crack--probably $650--- with the crack--$100
From 5 feet away, you can't even see the crack. I have repaired it with clear epoxy and its very strong and displays nicely!

Strange how things happen! The guy that advertised as looking for a lens, got buyers remorse and backed out but suddenly there were 3 others in line if it was still available! Kinda says it was a good deal, doesn't it!

I learned my lesson about "tire kickers" and BS's 25+ years ago. If you commit...you pay...clear and simple. Do not EVER tell someone that "I will take it" and then back out. Also...if you want it... PAY FOR IT IMMEDIATELY and make arrangements to take possession ASAP. There are those that commit and then call around and try to find a buyer before they have paid for the item.I have had the very good fortune of dealing with some very honest and helpful individuals on this website since my return and only a couple of "characters". All of you know who you are and I thank you. Keep the faith...life is short. Dave

I agree with you 100%. I understand sometimes people fall on short times but that is no reason to not return emails or call. If a guy was short on money i would be many of the guys here would take payments. I have been there done that. LOL
My list is getting longer of dead beat buyers.
