Here is an update on the garage I built last year. This Spring I got around to landscaping. I built the raised planting area in the first pic to soften the look of the concrete retaining wall. There is a 4'x6' preformed pond at the center of the wall with Knockout roses on each side. A stack of flat rocks and a 300 gph pump make a nice little gurgling waterfall. Large rocks and golden Euonymus are on the left near the driveway.

In the second pic, a Knockout rose is under the window and Boomerang reblooming lilacs are at each side. I plan on building a small pump island where the gas pump is now sitting and adding a Revere island light there too.

The added parking and drainage improvements have been working out great. The lawn needs some work, but that looks like a September project.

Looks fantastic! I wish I had such a "Playhouse"...

Perhaps it is a good thing I don't have such a building...

It is hard enough already to convince myself that the Subaru needs to be garaged each night.... LOL

Looks SUPER, Jim! I wonder what It will looks like in 2022? Gas pump garden, Signs all around the sides, a pile of old pedal cars greeting you as you pull up. The possibilities are endless! LOL! You'll be the talk of the town....I just hope in a good way.

I see you have the same problem as I did with the pump leaning forward on the driveway. I just pushed it back straight and slipped in a piece of wood along the front so it looked better....straighter.
