Dwaine.... Very well done for a "weasel spanker".... sorry about that, but I think that is one of the funnier lines that frankie has used.
I really enjoyed reading the history.... looks like you went to alot of work.
Not all of the pump pictures showed up.. and none of the globe pics did, but the rest of the pics showed up fine.... just too bad you can't set it up to click on the pics to make them bigger.
Thanks again for sharing,
bob

I just added Dwaine's new site to the Oldgas.com Directory at:
http://www.oldgas.com/search/Collections_Collectors1.html
Dwaine, you have fans all over. It's time for you to add a picture of yourself to your site. I can hear the Internet groupies chanting, "Dwaine, Dwaine."

How about the rest of you guys and gals? Let's get your collections on a Web site. Dwaine did it. You can too.

The pictures in cans and signs look as if some are missing but there not , I used a program not like Jims but free its in most all systems , but very touchy, I had pictures jumpen all over the place trying to git them by each other , but i couldn't git 2 narrow ones byt a larger one or if the size was off 1 - or 2 - pixs it would jump to the next entry , and you would have to start all over agin ,so if you want to build a webpage . take your time , I thought i was ready , had all my pictures in 5 folders for 5 topics , all same size (WRONG) had fun once you git tit but you become a little nerves when Frankie says , hey move that picture over there it will look better , ha ha ha just kidding Frank , or you guys see the lines around the pictures , I put them in red on yellow back , you see that , well i see black , I called the server 15 times about that , he says theres a conflict , between netscape and other programs so , now I have to put a counter in , good luck .ha ha, gimme that remote , dang sheep. thanks for looken.

Great job Dwaine! Everyone on this site should read your history on Seaside. I for one, learned a great deal about the oil industry.

As I've mentioned in posts before about pulling in to farmers and talking about old jobbers that were there distributor, the next best thing as I've told some is old adds, old news papers at the library, that might have the distributors name on it , call around , I've found 2 that way, still kicking, with a lot of stuff that the family does'nt want but always ask if they might ,I put out a sign that said ,"needed old gas station signs ,can, and items," a guy came buy with a pennzoil sign ,another with a lubster ,one guy showed up with 9 out board quart cans I'd never seen before, gave them away at the gas bash ,nice guy, huh, thanks for all the good imput , everything should be there now , make sure when you drag an drop your sober , ha ha .

Excellent site Dwaine! Love the mailbox.
I'd try that myself if it wouldn't beat up
by the snowplow trucks.
Keep up the good work.
