Hey I'm thinking of buying these 2 machines. They still work great! I was wondering about age and value. Thanks in advance-

I checked the Soda Machine Reference book. They are not shown, meaning that they are newer than the late 50's? My guess is they are 70's-80's circa. The value, in my opinion, is a couple of hundred? Flat tops aren't all that popular, unless they have just started to increase in value? Paul www.severngaspumps.com

Wow I can't believe that they would go for that cheap if they are working!

I would have to say that the coke at best is probably Late 50's era. Only worth a few hundred if working. The 7-up looks to be same style of a mid-60's or later (newer) model with 70's-80's decals....worth maybe $200-250. Unless things have changed, like Paul said, the flat tops aren't really sought after.

'collector value' vs. 'value of a cool vintage Coke beer cooler'

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

Coke is a Vendo 63 and is the better machine $300-450 if complete and Cooling. The 7up is a Vendorlator 56 and would be in the $150-350 range if it was for sale in my area.

Coke is 1961 or so with Refreshing new Feeling
right around 1960 is when the made the coke machines square on the top corners and took all the styling out of them, Nehi/7up looks to be 60's as well
