Dom Idoni can not cross the boarder into Canada due to the fact that he never paid for a globe collection that he obtained there and sold. I have had many dealings with Dom and never came out very well. I am not here to slander anyones name, these are just the facts, you will have to judge for yourself. Personally I would be very careful and don't let anything of yours leave on credit. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Good luck

I have done two deals w/ Dom over the past few years. Once he traded me a mint dealership sign for a barber chair, I came out on the better end on that one because he was just wanting the particular chair. The other deal I did with him was on a globe he was buying from me and I felt like he paid me more than a fair price because again, he wanted that particular globe. So in short, in the limited dealings I've had with him, I've always come out just fine, and his cash never bounced!!

I have had several friends do deals with this guy, be EXTREMELY CAREFULL! He has a system, First he will set you up by trusting you with something valuable for a while, whether he lets you have it and pay for it later, or he will pay way more than something is worth to show that he's a big player, and he lets you think about what a great guy he is for a while, then a few months later, BAM! He calls out of the blue, you end up gining him something on credit, or on a promise of a getting piece on trade, and thats it, he's gone, and so is your money or pump, or whatever. He loves to Brag about his rare corvette that he paid $250,000 for, and about his $500,000 house in Maryland, he really plays the big wig. But talk to anyone that has ever tried to get anbything out him with a judgement or in court, he's got nothing anywhere that anyone can find. I know there are lots of people out there who have been conned out of tens of thousands of dollars by this guy, but they are too embarrassed to come forward, because they know they should have known better, but that's how good he is. If you have had an experience with Dominic Idoni, post it here, keep this bulletin alive and save other collectors from losing something or everything, lets get this guy out of our hobby!..............Flathead Frank

Dom usually has a large body guard looking guy with him by the name of Rob.(Rob is completely harmless though). He usually drives late model black Chevrolet pickup or yukon. It's not hard to pick him out of a crowd, he's the little italian looking guy that looks like he could possibly be related to the GOD FATHER.

I'm closing this discussion thread. We have had no dealings with Mr Idoni. Each person making comments in this discussion is stating their own opinion and experience. If Mr. Idoni wishes to make a rebuttal, we will start a new topic thread for more discussion.
