LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MOUNTED AT ONE TIME BUT THEY DIDNT OVERTIGHTEN THE FLANGE SCREWS TOO BAD, HOLES SHOW SOME CONTACT WEAR BUT NOT LIKE USUAL WHEN ITS ALL CHIPPED / SEVERLY BROKEN OFF, HAS SOME SCATTERED IMPERFECTIONS BUT FOR THE MOST PART ITS IN REALLY GOOD CONDITION. I noticed you have sold another sign before with the same story. Just how many of these signs did you find under those cases of oil?

And got this reply:

we found two of these signs, thanks for your interest.

Most likely the previous buyer returned the sign when he realized he purchased a repro for original money and the seller relisted it.
