Hi guys..
couple months ago finished this one from the 70's... they look like the pumps in the 60's in the US ... Gilbarco Trimline (i think T165 model no.) ..
gotto love when there is only two main panels to re-do, the rest is just a repolish of stainless steel.

It was my first and last 70's pump... to be honest they dont have the character of pre mid 1960's but i would guess there would be someone that like it..

It was branded in the last of the Golden Fleece scheme - i preferred the twin colour Activ-8 branding like the pump I showed pics of earlier this week..

cheers

Martin

Great resto!

I have a Trimline in my collection as well....only reason I have it is because it was made in the same year that I was born.

I Really like these pumps.
I grew up with em,and own many of them today.
I can't find them or their parts as easily as I once did anymore.
Look great next to my cars of the 60's & 70's too.
Nice job.

Excellent work Martin!

I too have a Trimline.

As Rick noted; When I still had the '66 Mustang, IMO, the Trimline looked great next to it...
