what do you mean " a little acid job " .Doing my first and got her all torn down and want to clean up the porceline dial fronts.slight rust stain (run down). thanks I've seen guys post before and after's of them cleaning old signs with acid. It takes off a lot of the old grime and rust runs. I'm looking forward to trying it on some pieces in the spring.

steve, those are lubester signs Lubester signs?? Really?? Any chance anyone has an old pic with one in action? I had to come back and edit this. I've had the one sign for like 5 months and it just hit me, it say "motor oil" right on the darn thing. Who the hell would put a motor oil sign on a pump!! Wake up and smell the coffee Steve!!

I found this showing what it as least close to my signs on a lubester. Now I get it.
Note: Look at the opposite color combo on the large sign.
Anyone ever see one like this??? I imagine that background must be blue. That sign would be VERY cool to have!!
