According to the 'the Book' - 1930's - 1950's Supertest pumps were painted as follows:
"For visible pumps: Pump is painted orange, with black base, beltline and top. For clock and calculating pumps: Pump sides and base are black, with orange doors. Black band around base up 12" on pump body (visible) or doors (electric). Supertest logo decal centered on pump door or lower body. Product identification by globe, and indeed many twin visible pumps were used, with only the globe indicating product position."Now for pumps in the 1950's - 1960's, the book states:
"Solid orange pump with white banner decal diagonally across door. Lettering on decal reads either 'Regular' or 'Premium' with a smaller 'Super' decal above Premium."Above quotes from
