Are these two totally different companies?

The first one says Diamond Head Oil Refining Co.

And the second one is Mid Continent Petroleum Corp. and goes on to become DX correct??

So are these two totally different companies using the almost identical logo's and same name, Diamond? Or are they somehow related?

Just wondering if anyone had any knowledge on this? If not, I could go do some digging?
