I would love to post pictures, but can't figure out how to place them on this site. I know how to post pictures here, but I for one would love to see a change implemented as it would only be an improvement from what we have now. Having to resize every photo is a pain in the a** and keeps me from posting photos very often. I also use an Apple computer and Image Shack is nothing but an ignorance pop up/spam site in my opinion. Did not mean to got off subject or any disrespect to Jim, but I have seen the same from other members so many times that I decided to post my opinion this time. This is the BEST petro site and any improvements to it can't hurt...

I understand that some folks have difficulty posting pictures. I'd like for it to be easier, too. At some point, that will happen, But lots of computer non-techies have learned how to do it by following the directions for File Manager uploads. As of this week, members have uploaded over 50,000 images using File Manager to our server since I posted the above linked directions. Many use Cranno.com to resize their images first to make them ready to upload.

You guys should have been here 10 years ago when you had to copy/paste text to the IMG code in order to upload a picture. Posting pictures on this forum today is about as easy as it gets.

I browse this site on my iPad a lot but if I post pics I usually do it from my pc. I use Irfanview to resize any pics I have that are too big and it takes just a second to resize using it. I've used that program for a long time, I guess it's still out there. This forum is a lot easier to post to than most I've been a member of. Just sayin....Gary

I think that SS is right. I often don't even post / list items for sale on here just because I can do about 10 other adds for the time it takes me for the downsizing and upload. I also agree the site is the best for all of us but in the theme of ongoing improvements the photo options is the #1 upgrade that is needed.

I don't have a smart phone so I use a digital camera and I have it set to take the proper size pictures so I don't have to resize them. Just load them and post them.
