Go to the Portal Page and look at the bottom of the right column. A box there shows the current membership total, total number of posts and the record number of people online at the same time. On the left column there is a listing of members who are online at the present time and at end of that list, the number of non-member guests currently on the forum. Below the "eBay Right Now" list, there is a box with the linked names of the 5 newest members.

Currently the Oldgas.com site is averaging about 9000+ unique visitors and 150,000+ pages viewed per day.

Recently the forum went over 50,000 images that have been uploaded using our File Manager direct upload system that was started in 2009. We don't have data on how many ImageShack and PhotoBucket images are displayed on the forum going back to 1997, but it has to be huge.

Yes, but while there are 14,000+ members it just a number. One time I took a casual look and how many so-called members signed up never posted and haven't been back to the sight since the same day they joined....there could be 100's of members like that sitting there in the DUST BIN (as we call it on another website that I moderate).

An Internet spider is a program designed to "crawl" over the World Wide Web, the portion of the Internet most familiar to general users, and retrieve locations of Web pages.

Spiders "crawl the Web" to look for new content to add to a search engine's index. So when you use Google to look for "Wayne 60 restoration" you'll get a list of Web pages that include relevant information about the words you submitted. Google's spider is called Googlebot.

No.

If you go into edit preferences under my stuff, you can check a box that allows you to be "invisible" while logged on. Makes you feel like a ninja!
