What is the correct or best way to remove sight glass on tokheim 39? I thought I would ask before I break one! I tried with my hands that didn't work. Next I tried using an old belt with no luck either, it kept slipping off.

Use a rubber mallet and tap on it while holding onto it. The gasket is holding it on.

That did the trick. For some reason I thought the glass was threaded.
