Hi all,
So, (as I mentioned in my first post,) I've got a few parking meters - the newest is a Duncan 50 (I think it is... it's the art-deco style meter.) which I just bought yesterday. Got it home, put a coin in the slot, and it jammed.
Anyone know if it's an easy fix? Any how-to's would be appreciated!

Welcome to OldGas!! I also like old parking meters a lot. I only have one right now but here is a link to some pics of the build I'm doing with it. I was planning on having it done already but my friend who is doing the paint is down with a messed up back so, it's on the back burner (no pun intended) for now. http://www.oldgas.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Main=64740&Number=407566#Post407566Do you have the keys?

Not as such, no... it was restored, and the guy who did the restoration replaced the back (where you can access the coins,) with a panel that's screwed in with 2 screws. I popped that open but the area where the problem is, is inacessible from there.
The guy who sold it to me/restored it said that the Duncan 50 can split down the middle, and I'm thinking that's what I may need to do, but I haven't found how to do that yet.

Here is another page that has some for sale and it shows how the door works. Maybe that will help but I would not split it until I knew that was the last option or until I was for sure that it is the way it comes apart. http://visionsfromthepast.com/duncan-model-50-parking-meters.html

Do not take anything apart. Owned one then sold it for parts. You have to be a watch repairman to mess with Miller or Duncan/Miller. Larry
