Hard to believe I could get a cooler sign but (sorry Ray) the Gilmore was coming to Indiana. Check out the close up of the cut out tin claw holding the still full glass oil tube. Sure it's toast. I've seen an NOS one, but it will do until a better one comes along. Congrats on getting that Gilmore sign, Greg. Hard one to find in any condition. I have a few old photographs that show it, if interested I'll email 'em to you.
Sell me your Gilmore Oil Co. stuff...

Got this 59 IH fuel truck from a guy that wanted it out of his yard and was heading to the scrap yard if I didn't want it. It runs and drives!
Still looking for that Union 76 ball
And I collect big old porcelain neon signs

That is awesome I would not do a thing to it, leave it as is! Turn that tank into a hydraulic clamshell that opens & closes...use it as a pump & petro hauler!

I guess now when you use the phone , you turn into a "Super Gasser, able to leap tall buildings , able to outrun everybody even remotely interested in old gas stuff and have Xenon vision able to spot a Rare Hayes pump at 50 yards ??? Ed Shaver
