Jim, Thank you for your comments. I'm sure enjoying and learning with this project.

I had a box waiting for me when I came home from work. It’s the globe for the pump. I believe it's going to look real nice on top of that visible.

I took the photo below as it may help the new folks out there like me to see a visual comparison between a 13 ½ inch and a 15 inch globe lens and bodies.

I hope to have more in the days ahead.

Thanks,

Orlando

The temperature today reached 61 degrees and no wind, so it encouraged me to get out and work on the pump a little.

I've been eager to get the pump upright and get some parts put on it. Wow! The thing stands at 10’ 3” tall. It's a giant!

It's almost ready for the painter.

I took it apart and put it back in the garage as we're expecting cold weather for the next couple days.

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

Hello Everyone,

It's been since December 24th that I last posted on the restoration. There have been many things that have distracted me from my restoration since that date, but I didn't lose interest in finishing it. I actually just completed putting it all together a couple weeks ago. I even had to build a garage to house it!

Thanks to everyone who helped me locate original parts and offered advice.

Looks great and my favorite brand!

I am always looking for anything Texaco or Oklahoma oil and gas company's, also I am a newbie at seeking globes.

I hope it's okay to post a couple pics of the garage. After all, it can be considered an accessory to the pump.

Thanks again,

Orlando
