I am looking for another needle in a haystack. I need the other side of this globe attachment to complete mine which is NOS. Not both sides just one and needs to be in good shape. Santa forgot the other side. Anyone have one for sale??

Keith

We have three complete units, but will sell one side or both sides for the same money.

Also have the globes, including one with the original question mark decal which was used on this globe before it's formal release.

Those originally came with a small adapter that screwed between the light bulb and the socket that would make the bulb flash on and off slowly...every couple of seconds. A friend of mine had some of these NOS in original boxes quite a few years ago. I just have the one left with the flasher.

I offer quart can re-lidding, can rolling, lid stamping, and dent removal.

Here is a picture of the instructions that came with the attachment. You can see a flasher was specified.

Note that the attachment is on the Super Fuel globe and not the Over 100 as shown (incorrectly) in the Sinclair book.

Ron,
Peter added that attachment to your decaled globe. I have not found any evidence that the attachments were used on the decaled globes. Its more likely that either the attachments or the decals were used but not both.
