I bought this at a garage sale last week. The lady I bought it from thought it was an ice auger. I'm not so sure that is what it is though. Any ideas?

I thought about that, but I think the hole it would make would be too big for the cup.

If the handle is 1", then the hole cutter is approx 7"

That looks like work plus I hate cold weather and only like ice when it is on a wound or in a drink. Dave
