Where may I find some round rubber tubing which was used for glass to metal insulation?

Thanks.

Is this for a particular gas pump you are restoring or something else?

Yes, it is for a gas pump. It is for my Gilbarco 98C2 pump door glass and frame.

I contacted Wefco Rubber Mgf Co., in California as I have ordered from there before but they do not seem to carry it any more.

Thank you,

Pluck

Steve, I use the round rubber from Ace hardware that they use to hold the screen material in screen doors. If you can not find it let me know I will go by Ace and get some for you.

...ask for 'spline' at the hardware store...

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

If you'll use u channel around the glass, you will not need the splined tubing. I just finished a Gilbarco 96 which used the round tube weather seal. You can see no difference and it's real easy to find. We sell it for $1.00 a foot. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

#R105
Window Rubber — Used on Gilbarco 96, 98, 906 and 996 Models $2.50

If this is what you are referring to their catalog is wrong RB-105 does NOT fit 96 or 98 model Gilbarco windows. The round rubber spline or RB-101 U-Channel will work
