Thanks leverhead. I knew what you meant in your original reply. I just didn't want others thinking i was promoting the "pump" as rare. I've been searching some for a pricer or an ad to put with on mine but haven't found much of anything yet. Do you have any pics of your 39's?

By my calculations, there were over 125,000 39s made, and that is only the short ones.

I guess high production#'s for a pump...but they are not making any more of them...and they are getting harder to find..at least around here...so I guess not as common as one might think these days.

I would bet that you find more SOUTHWEST & GILBARCO pumps in your area. Other areas are flooded w/ BENNETT.

They're common for me. Here's a picture of 19 Tokheim 39's and two Wayne 70's I bought in 2005. Another picture of another load of 22 short electric's I bought in 2008.

I put them in storage and still have them all. They are part of my retirement fund.

Gee, I guess I need to apologize for having such a mass produced comman pump. As I believe I stated it's my first pump and frankly I really like it. i was looking for info about the pricer bar, i knew i had a common pump. I joined this site to learn. Guess I learned a lot about this site.

Would again like to thank those that offered helpful info.

I'm out.

I have a 39A with the same bracket. Asked the same question on here a few weeks ago. Glad to actually see a photo of what mounted on this bracket.
