Hi all,
A friend of mine is restoring a Roman and looking for color ideas. He will be using an original Red Hat globe and was thinking making the pump red...but was also thinking that all red may be a little to plain.

Anyone have pics or ideas that they have seen that may help us out?

Thanks,
Kim

(If any of you have pics to show off your resto, I can post. I will take & post some pics once he decides on the scheme...)

Yeah, post some pix of his Roman. I think red with white trim might be good for the Red Hat.

With Red Hat I would do red, white with gold leaf or pin striping. You can do tons of detail to one of those roman pumps. I just hope to get one some day I just hope
