Is there anyway of blocking all of them ? Really starting to ***** me off !!! I state twice in my auctions "SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS" and they still do it. Does nothing but screw up my auctions. Trying to sell to second place bidder, cancelling the 1st place bidder. etc....

Yes, in your preferences page, you can choose not to sell to international bidders. Also, if you're not offering international shipping it should block them from bidding/buying.

I recently had this happen also.I posted a clineometer on ebay for sale and stated no foreign bidders and did not offer international shipping.A gentlemen from Russia bid and won the auction.Created extra communications ,paperwork and shipping tracking problems for over three weeks until he received it.Real pain in the _ _ _ !So that part of it did not work.
