WHY do these keep popping up in Ohio/Pennsylvania?

From what I've seen, they don't make POS items.

They keep coming up from Ohio/Pennsylvania IMO because 3 brothers have them stocked in their Lima warehouse. It is amazing how many of these they have made. Over the summer I went to 4 antique shows in Kentucky and Indiana, I went to the 127 yard sale, 3 different flea markets. One of those brothers were there selling those POS, along with the sell air signs, Texaco bottles, Hudson bottles, and a few "sand painted" signs that they were trying to pass of as originals.

Did you check other items this seller has listed? Never ending junk show.
Is this Hobby Lobby junk?
