I'm thinking of cutting my Wayne615 in three pieces separating the top, middle, and bottom piece with the idea of fabricating pieces to assemble/reassemble all three pieces for ease of transportation and movement. The two cuts and fabricated pieces would all e in the center part hidden.

Do you think this would devalue the pump?

Are you Serious?

Are you trying to stuff it into a Smart Car/Mini Cooper for moving?

Disassemble for moving if necessary or have it shipped

Why would you need to ease assemble/reassemble? Are you using the pump for display and need to move it to shows often?

Moving a pump Up Stairs is Easier than moving a King Size [or Calif King] mattress Up Stairs.

Remove outer sheet metal & install Pipe unions to pipe frame legs & piping.

Naw...go ahead. have some fun. Use a Sawzall. You'll have more fun cutting it up than you will have piecing it back together.
DON'T !!

Go buy a gas pump gumball machine and use that. It should be lighter. (take the gumballs out first)

Nope, I store pumps under the trailer & porch in pieces. No worry about earthquakes, got enough under there to keep from falling.

Randy, I took a picture of my bike in front of that place around '99.
Is it still there?
