AUCTION APRIL 25,2014 SHOW APRIL 26, 2014

To all the Vendors and everyone that supported our show in previous years, This is what we kept hearing, they wanted us to start the Show and Auction again. If you have talked to anyone that had attended our show, they enjoyed it and had fun, and had a good show. We were always knowen for taking care of the Vendors FIRST. Yes, we have rules we have to go by, but it is a show with a motto "KEEP IT SIMPLE" and that we do. We advertise in 6-8 magazines, papers. and our web-site www.indianagasshow.com We would like to see alot of you Vendors that have supported us in the past. Go to our web-site and print the registration form out and mail it in ASAP. We are taking consignments for the Auction and Vendor spots. We are excited to start the show and Auction again, We will work hard for you so you have fun and have a good show. Let's have a Reunion of Vendors and friends that we have knowen over the years. Hi Jim, We have always tried to keep the Vendor spots at a reasonable price, that way everyone has a chance to be able to come to the show. We have always tried to take care of the vendors first, if you don't have the vendors, you have no show. Just picked up 50 plus pieces to add to the Auction coming APRIL 25TH in conjunction with THE INDIANA GAS SHOW which is April 26th, Terre Haute, IN. Some of the items are Coke machines advertising neons, other advertising signs and gas and oil signs, and lots more. We are excited about bringing this show and auction to you. I am Getting all the advertising out, you will be seeing these soon in the Gas and Oil magazines, Antique Weekly, Michigan Auction Exchange and all the events sections for shows and auctions. Question: Will tax be charged on all items sold in the auction? I see on proxibid it lists a tax rate of 7% on all items won + buyers premium, which puts the total premium over 25%? Could you please clarify?

Indiana Gas Show & Auction is ONLY 3 days away April 25 and 26 in Terre Haute IN at The Wabash Valley Fairgrounds. We have worked hard to try and give you a nice show. All the advertising and flyers have been put into place, the web site has been up and running. all of the above has been done so you get the info you need. If you still want to set up as a vendor, you still have time, Just give us a call with your name and how many spots you want and pay at the door. Vendor set up is Friday, you can check in at 9:00 AM, Early Buyers won't be allowed in the bldg until 10:00 AM when the Vendors start setting up. Indiana Gas Show And Auction April 25 is the Auction and April 26 is the show, and we are all ready for you. We want to thank the vendors that are participating in this 2 day event, everything is in place to try and give to you a show that you have fun and sell, sell, sell. I just checked the weather. looks like we are going to have a few showers on Fri but not that much, temp will be in the low 70's, and Sat is a little cooler but sunny in the low 60's, good show weather. Thanks Eric for posting that. We appreciate all the Vendors who set up at our show. We all had a great day, beautiful weather,a great show and we had a great Auction. I had very good comments from the vendors that they can't wait for next year. We had quite a few vendors that came a long way, one was from Grand Rapids. ...maybe that is why less and less pictures are being posted of the shows... too many people playing the role of spectator & not actually attending the shows.

Dave needs pictures to convince people that it is worth the trip to come as a buyer or a vendor next year.

I agree not a hop skip and jump for everyone. Hate to see members use them as a shopping tool ,but think it does convince collectors to attend. Price of fuel being what it is forces some to pick and choose.

Dave is sick and was unable to attend. Linda did a great job running as she could. The show had 40 dealers inside and out. The auction went well. Linda will get photos up I am sure once Dave is out of the Hospital.
