Is the marine sign legit or a repop? I have only seen a small version in this and one other small auction.

Great selection.
Love the Pennzoil verticals!
And the Veedol vertical.
Wrong bracket of course on the Sunoco bath sign.

Yea that one (marine Gasoline)was a repop but it looked good enough to fool a few. I got some nice signs and clocks. I loved the "No buyers premium" ...sorry Dan!!! Auctionzip was down for the first 60 items which delayed the start by 45 minutes till Glenn started it without the web auction. Ran a good auction but it just dragged on way to long. We had to leave at 4:30 to try and beat the storm as weather was rolling in, and there were 80+ items still left to go.

Thanks
Mike

Do you know what that 66 battery vertical sold for?
Pre bid of 1850 I think. Watching on the pc they didn't start till lot 60 w/the technical difficulties they were having.
Prices were crazy on a lot of stuff. Nice pieces though.

Conoco w/hanger has to be a record. Wow!

If this sign is a repop, I didnt see that in the description. It sold for 2600.00? How would an internet bidder know this?

Ron it was actually 1800 on the 66 battery sign. those first 60 or so auctions on Auctionzip are not correct sale prices as those were pre bids lost till the web got fixed!

Anybody that want's correct prices on those first 60 send me a pm as Joanne kept track of the sale prices on the auction.

Thanks
Mike

Bryce, even though solid both of those CS Acme signs were pretty beat up and had been straightened out way to many times. I rated them both at 3.5 - 4.

Thanks

Looks like many of those items came right off ebay and were being resold at the auction

makes sense then... they looked decent when I was flipping thru the items. always benefits to see the items in person first.
