Hi,
Hung my new Texaco keyhole sign today, didn't realize it till after it arrived but its dated 10/9/46 same as one I already had so I put them together. Thanks for looking !

I believe that date reflects when Texaco approved (or revised) the design of the sign. That's why so many signs have the same dates.

I have another that dated 10-9-50, something special about Oct the 9th I wonder ? prob just a cowinkidink. Been awhile, hope all is well !!
