Sign does light up and work size is roughly 2.5' in diameter. It is double sided and both sides are in the same shape, no cracks. I can deliver to Dayton show or CTO free. 165$ without shipping.

Yes I can let me take some today. It also has a cast iron bracket on it. The faces could be rotated to make it a flange type sign.
