Heard that a guy up in Canada was making them along with the blue-ish ones also. Was told this buy several Canadian guys, and evidently they are very very good. I would not know how to tell though.

I bought this one a long time ago. I was told that it was a repo of a French globe, by the seller. Very heavy glass.

every milk glass globe are now reproduced, a french guy bought the original molds and reproduce them as many as he can and produced them without marking, it's impossible to see the difference between oiriginal and reproduction

60wayne, do you have a photo of just the collar of your globe? It appears that yours has a squared off edge on the collar were mine has a tapered collar, also your white seems to be a little transparent.
